This is my go to estuary rig, i have documented the benefits of using this rig over many years on my youtube channel and website blogs, its main advantage is the FACT that it gathers MUCH les weed than a running ledger due to the way it works in the tide staying above the dreaded lettuce weed through the summer months. i know that this rig is always fishing and not bogged down and covered in weed!
I have caught lots of big specimen Bass and Gilthead Bream to 5lb on this rig, i will not use a running ledger through the summer months it just does not work in my part of the west country.

Weight length as above 20lb memory free with a Branded 1/0 Snap swivel to attach the weight
Single Sakuma Top Gun 2/0 ideal for worm or crab baits, single hook gathers less weed!
Assembly
Slide the weight length up your mainline via swivel and a then attach the hook length to your main line no need for a bead inbetween it only complicates matters causes tangles.
